Why Lori eats the way she eats, What she eats, and How it has helped her
Living sick and unhealthy (Leaky Gut, Crohns, IBS, Gout, Joint pain, Fibromyalgia, Infertility, and a 70+ pound weight gain, etc..) from undiagnosed food allergies, made Los Angeles based Private Chef, Lori Molski, take a closer look at the food she was eating. Making dietary changes, and really studying food, brought out an endless love of pure food ingredients, and a new-found appreciation for cooking.
All her previous health issues are now under control through dietary changes because in 2009, she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Hypothyroid, and a long list of Food Allergies (cane sugar, dairy, soy, corn, wheat and most grains) that most likely caused that long list of health problems above. She’s had to give up a lot of foods, but has gained much more by getting her health back, and enjoying life with purpose and focus again! Now days, all her dishes are made gluten-free, grain-free, pure, fresh, and daily with real food ingredients.
Lori trusts that food has the power to please, nourish, heal, transform and revitalize.
She looks forward to sharing the power and taste that fresh food has to offer!
