Chocolate Mesquite Blackberry Pudding

Chocolate Mesquite Blackberry Pudding

What is Raw Mesquite?

Mesquite is a leguminous tree that grows in the driest climate areas on the planet. Mesquite powder is made by grinding up the seed pods into a fine meal and is valuable for people looking to balance blood sugar levels. The flour is an excellent form of fiber, offering almost 25% of the daily requirements in just two tablespoons. It not only improves digestion but also benefits sugar metabolism. Mesquite is loaded with lysine (an amino acid), along with digestible protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc, all of which contribute to building our immune system.

Mesquite powder can be found at most health food stores, Whole Foods Markets and through online sources such as my Amazon store.

This nourishing quick-fix treat is so rich and lush! I love it!
