I do not include raw goitrogenic foods in my meals, therefore, all greens will be steamed or sautéed. My dishes are Celiac-sae, Diabetic-safe, Hypothyroid-safe, Fibromyalgia-safe, and safe for individuals with Estrogen Dominance. Your food will be lightly salted with Himalayan Sea Salt, and you will always have the option of going dairy-free or going with real raw dairy.
Small Batch. Locally Sourced & Organic Ingredients
Nonstick pans and aluminum cookware will never be used to prepare your meals. I only use stainless steel, cast iron griddles, and BPA-free bakeware.
Your fresh meals will be prepared a few hours before they are sent out to you. The only canned food product I use is organic coconut milk. The only frozen ingredients I might occasionally use will be frozen organic peas and artichoke hearts. Be sure to read about the other Ingredients & FAQ's
