This coffee is my FAVORITE brew infusion. A bay leaf, a wedge of lime and a cinnamon stick added to the brew process! My friend Lillian, who is from Haiti, shared this Haitian coffee idea with me years ago, and I've been enjoying it since. If you haven't tried this yet, you're seriously missing out! What you get to enjoy is a very nice cup of aromatic coffee, just something a little different from the usual :)

- 2 cups hot boiled water
