Ginger Beet Latte
So calming, so peaceful, so light and delicious! I decided to finally try and make a Ginger Beet Latte, hoping I would be able to achieve the right sweet balance I heard was hard to get with this drink. I thought about using cashew milk, but opted for coconut milk with just a tad of white honey, making it absolutely perfect!
Ingredients - makes 1 serving
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup warm coconut milk
- 1//4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground beet powder
- 1/2 teaspoon honey or sweetener of your choice
Combine ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high speed until a frothy latte is achieved. Drink warm.
